State Street Parking Garage

Sarasota, Florida

The garage includes almost 400 parking spaces. Unique to this garage, four electric car charging stations are available at no cost. Designated handicapped and motorcycle parking spaces are also available, along with a space for bicycles.

“The State Street Garage will be a signature building in downtown,” said City Manager Tom Barwin. “Our Urban Design Studio helped design a much needed parking structure that blends in with its surroundings in an artful manner.”
