STABIL Precast provides a full range of competencies and services from pre-bid to close out.

 

ENGINEERING 
Currently, our team of drafters and engineers, utilize AutoCad to develop shop drawings, submittals and individual shop tickets tickets. We have implemented 3d modeling to provide complete structures and intricate features to complement our shop drawing process. Our relationships with experienced Precast Design firms allows us the flexibility to work on multiple projects at one time and provide the appropriate registered structural stamps and calculations as needed to support our project commitments. PROJECT MANAGEMENT 
Our Project Manager is the focal point once a project has been awarded. The PM will coordinate with the customer, design team, other subcontractors to keep the project on schedule. The production plant and engineering department relies on our PM to disseminate the information to assist the plant in meeting its production needs to maintain schedule and production volume. Our PM is critical in preconstruction planning and site logistics, as each project and site is unique.

 

MANUFACTURING

STABIL Precast, GFRC and UHPC products are manufactured in Mexico and Dubai.  STABIL has been providing Architectural Precast products for over fifteen years, offering collaborative design, professional engineering, and full installation for all projects.

 

TRANSPORTATION
STABIL Precast has extensive experience in shipping product both in and out of state, with route planning and permitting. We manage the shipping process from start to finish. We have the ability to load and ship multipule components per day to several different project sites. The precast components are typically loaded the previous day for an early morning delivery and often returning to our shipping yard for live loading to complete the work day. The tractors (trucks) and trailers are subcontracted to experienced trucking firms.

 

INSTALLATION
STABIL Precast is unique in that we manage the installers. This gives us the ability to provide expert input on erection logistics. Our philosophy of providing complete service including erection has served us well with schedule commitments throughout our history.

 

SAFETY
We have ongoing safety initiatives in both the Plant and Field. As well as a total commitment to operating a safe production and installation process, we are available to consult with our Customers.
